Regina Johnson is the Partner Inclusive Growth Strategy Lead at Microsoft. She leads strategy for the “Black and African American Partner Growth Initiative”, stemming from a commitment made in June 2020 by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to address racial injustice in various ways. The specific goal of the Initiative that Regina is leading is to increase representation within Microsoft’s Partner Network and generate sustainable economic growth for Black and African American-owned tech companies by providing access to resources [https://aka.ms/partnergrowth].
Regina has a background in project management, strategic communications, and most recently collaborated with community stakeholders as they sought to develop equitable economic development solutions and expand access to capital for minority-owned businesses. She has a Master of Policy Management (MPM) from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
