Aaron Limonthas recently joined Shipt, Inc. to serve as the head of DEI. At Shipt, their aspiration is to become one of the most diverse tech organizations in the nation and Aaron is leading those efforts.
Prior to Shipt, Aaron served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at adidas. During Aaron’s tenure, adidas launched a global D&I strategy, increased funding of grassroots programs that support and empower communities of color by $120 million, and revamped their talent acquisition programming to ensure fair and equitable hiring across adidas.
Aaron also served as the Diversity lead for Reebok, a partner brand, where he supported over 90% of their North American workforce being trained in inclusive leadership and ensured equity within their career development programming. Prior to Reebok, Aaron worked for Dropbox, Inc. helping the organization think inclusively, as it grew from an engineering focused startup to a 2,500+ person organization. As their global diversity and inclusion program manager, Aaron helped launch 10 employee resource groups and their first mentorship program, while increasing employee retention by 38%.
A proud alumnus of Dartmouth College, Aaron received his degree in Sociology and Women & Gender Studies. He is also a father of two, husband, die-hard Baltimore Ravens fan, travel fiend, and lover of all things music.
